Share Your 2026 Outlook in the AFIRE International Investor Survey

For more than thirty years, the AFIRE International Investor Survey has gathered the opinions of AFIRE’s members—representing more than 175 organizations from 24 countries, with approximately $4 trillion AUM—as an ongoing sentiment assessment tool for investors, owners, developers, and media to understand the goals, challenges, and impacts of international investments on US real estate opportunities.

This 2026 Outlook survey has 15 questions (and three potential sub-questions) and will take 5–8 minutes to complete.

Responses are anonymous. All AFIRE members and knowledgeable industry leaders and investors are invited to respond.

Results will be published in the February 2026 issue of Summit Journal and presented at the AFIRE 2026 Winter Conference in Washington, DC on February 11–13, 2026.
